On testing the app I found I could view dynamic presence information for all my contacts on Moxtra. A nice little plus point is that no Moxtra account is needed to join a chat. You or your team members can add comments to pages with real time updates and notifications. Moxtra includes commenting and annotation tools. You can even rearrange pages in Moxtra to organize binders to suit your needs. To be honest, I really liked how Moxtra renders pages, it was better than viewing Word documents and PDFs through their native apps. Navigating through pages was quick and easy. I found page formatting in Moxtra to be a great little feature. One good option was that I could assign roles to co-workers as viewers or editors. It uses the address book on your device in order to share the binder. When I first started creating a binder, I found I could pull in data from Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and Evernote. While inside a binder, there are a number of options, these allow you to share content with your team. These binders allowed me to keep all relevant content together. While I am pro Evernote, Moxtra is more of a “binder” app and I’ve gotten some use out of it organizing write-ups and documents for meetings in my current job. Moxtra’s primary goal is allowing you to create graphically appealing binders. Moxtra also includes features such as online chat and conferencing, this feature was fantastic as it allowed me to conduct meetings with other team members about documents within the app. I’ve been testing it on my M8 and would recommend it for anybody that works with a team of people.
